•The cig spray, which can be picked up in the first lab you go to.
OKAY!
The battle starts with the Boss charging at you. A red exclamation mark will appear above Snake's head. When it does, hold down the CQC button (circle by default)! This will counter her attack, leaving her vulnerable. Hit her with the cig spray, it takes a HUGE chunk of her stamina away!
Run to a tree, but keep track of where the Boss is. Pop out to reveal yourself, but then go back against the tree to avoid gunfire. When the Boss comes to you, repeat the holding of the CQC button and the using of the cig spray. Repeating should have her beat in 6-7 minutes.
